When Founder and Attorney of the Fraud Fighters Law Firm, Samuel Doncaster, reached out to Lawrence Felder and shared his mission of advocating for people mistreated, defrauded and cheated in a real estate transaction, Lawrence knew he had to join the team.
After working as a litigation attorney for many years and practicing primarily in the areas of civil litigation and commercial law, Lawrence needed a break and time to re-evaluate the focus of his legal practice. Though he had successfully defended many clients over the years on both sides of the aisle, it now appealed to him to work exclusively for victims – people who had gotten the short end of the stick and needed someone to advocate on their behalf.
“I am excited to work with Samuel Doncaster and his team in exposing lies and revealing the truth on behalf of people who have been defrauded in real estate transactions and in helping in any way I can,” says Lawrence. In his role at the Fraud Fighters Law Firm, Lawrence will assist with organizing, training, implementing, and elevating professional standards by creating regularized systems to provide the best comprehensive service for the client.
Lawrence attended Stanford University, receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1982. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in 1988 from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in Arizona, where he served as a member of the Law Review. Lawrence has been admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Arizona and has worked for law firms in these states, and has significant experience in personal injury, workers compensation, commercial franchising, and general corporate law.
Lawrence has been a member of the American Bar Association, Torts and Insurance Practice Section, and International Practice Section – Committee on Law in the Newly Independent States of the Former Soviet Union. Lawrence is conversant in French and Russian.
When not working at the office, you will find Lawrence spending time outdoors either riding his bike or downhill skiing. He recently got into hot yoga and highly recommends it. Lawrence also enjoys spending time with his four adult children who live in California and Oregon.
